Shipping policy
1. Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays).
You will receive a confirmation email when your order has been shipped, including a tracking number.
2. Shipping Rates and Delivery
Marino Shoes currently ships within Canada only.
- Flat rate standard shipping: $12 CAD on orders under $150 CAD
- Free shipping: on orders $150 CAD and over
- Carriers: Canada Post and Purolator (Standard Ground Service)
Estimated delivery times:
• Quebec & Ontario — 1 to 3 business days
• Other provinces — 3 to 7 business days
• Remote areas — may take longer
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to weather, carrier delays, or high-volume periods.
3. Express Shipping
Express service may be available at checkout for an additional flat rate of $20 CAD.
Delivery estimates for express orders are typically 1–2 business days within Canada.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking link by email.
Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to update after the package is scanned by the carrier.
5. Shipping Address
Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate.
We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
6. Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost or arrives damaged, contact us immediately at chaussuresmarino@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery.
We’ll assist in filing a claim with the carrier and provide a replacement or store credit when applicable.
7. In-Store Pickup (Optional)
Local pickup in Montreal may be available upon request. Contact us before placing your order or exchange to arrange pickup details.
