At MARINO Shoes, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.
If your shoes aren’t the right fit, we offer returns or exchanges within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return or exchange:
- Shoes must be unworn, unused, undamaged, and in their original box and packaging.
- A valid proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.
- Items must be returned in original condition.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you if your refund has been approved.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
Please allow several business days for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund after approval.
Exchanges
Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the requested size or style is unavailable, a refund may be issued instead.
Important Information
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for returns and exchanges.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
- Items marked as final sale or clearance cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged.
- If an item was sent in error, MARINO Shoes will cover the return shipping costs.
